Probably the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had, and very good carnitas bowl with an amazing slaw... margaritas were all fresh juice... cute space with a lovely street patio.... Service was consistently friendly across the board. We were just traveling through Ann Atbor and this was a great find! What a treat!

An Ann Arbor staple! You can't really go wrong with anything on the menu. I'm a big fan of the Beef Frita but occasionally I'll go for an Inspired Cuban or one of their bowls -- all great options. If you want something sweet, I do recommend the Lighter Batido. While it can be packed at times, especially during home games, sometimes it truly is worth the wait.

Fantastic fast-casual Cuban food! Highly recommend Frita Batidos! Ambiance & Service: Modern with lots of inside and outside seating. The line can get very long, but it does move quickly. Food came out relatively fast! Food: Passion Fruit Batidos - absolutely delicious! Not too heavy and sweet. The best treat! Black Bean Frita - I added an egg and the tropical slaw which put this over the top. The black bean patty was very flavorful and the fries on top give it the perfect crunch! TL;DR: line can be long, but moves fast. The Passion Fruit Batidos and Black Bean Frita are amazing!

I'd heard about this casual restaurant from a friend, and I'd read the reviews, but I was still wowed at the fresh, tasty food and cocktails. They feature counter service with food delivered to your table, inside or outside. I had a chicken frita with tropical slaw and a yummy ginger cocktail. My friends also enjoyed their selections, and the outside seating on a street closed to cars made for a nice lunch. We were lucky not to have to stand in line for long when arriving shortly after they opened on a Sunday, but I'm told they get busy and have a line out the door. I can see why! Plan accordingly

Food was yummy and the staff was efficient on a busy night! We got a chorizo frita and piña batido with a splash of rum:) My friend ordered the ginger drink but we didn't realize how spicy it would be which was a little embarrassing HOWEVER the wait staff were so kind, they replaced with a sweet sangria for no charge Cute spot!

One of the best places i've ever eaten. My friends took me here because I was visiting and it did not disappoint. I wasn't too hungry so I split a burger with my fiancé and i regret doing that now because it was the best burger i've ever had no words can describe it. The vibe is chill & relaxing, and the service is outstanding. The Batidos are amazing. I got the strawberry serrano batido with rum and it was the best drink i've ever had. I will be coming back to visit michigan specifically to come here and eat again. The line was long but was worth the wait.

I was very satisfied with my visit here. First time here and it was super delicious. They have long tables inside with additional seating outdoors, and the general vibe is very casual. Ordered the chorizo double frita, and it was jam packed with flavor. Forgot to ask for lettuce and tomatoes which could've helped balance the slight saltiness from the chorizo. The bun itself was very soft which I'm a fan of. Coconut cream batido was very flavorful, more so than I had expected for a coconut flavored drink. Moreover, there's a good amount of white coconut meat that you can taste in each sip. Churro was only $2.50, and you can see the length is comparable to a forearm. Outside was very crispy and the inside was very soft. Seems like they speckled in lemon zest into the breading, which gave the churro a different touch. Would recommend for those in the area!

Something different in a world that seems to blend the same!!!!! You know it has to be good when you go on a Monday evening and there's a line out the door and the tables are filled. Inside seating is many picnic tables put end to end and you sit in where you can fit in. There are different board games and card games you can play. But before you even sit down, you have to order. Lots to choose from and you really can't go wrong with anything. We had a big party so we basically got everything on the menu. Personally I got the chorizo with a fried egg on top. Holyyyyyyy WOW it was good. Flavor, some spice and culture. Also got the HUGEEEEE churros and the fried sweet bananas. Both were a big hit. Personally got the banana shake and it was crazyyyyy good. The food, the workers and the vibe were all on point!!!!!!!!!!
